Roberto Benigni declama l'Inferno in Santa Croce

 

Roberto Benigni torna a Firenze dal 20 luglio al 6 agosto per dodici nuove emozionanti serate. Dopo lo straordinario successo di TuttoDante 2012, che ha portato in Piazza Santa Croce 70 mila spettatori giunti da ogni parte d’Italia, l’attore toscano torna a Firenze con l’esegesi e la lettura di altri 12 canti della Divina Commedia: dal XXIII al XXXIV dell’Inferno.

 

Nel corso di questa nuova edizione Roberto Benigni concluderà la prima cantica, quella dell’Inferno, interpretando e leggendo i versi danteschi e aggiungendo, a questa, una parte tutta dedicata all’attualità e all’analisi in chiave satirica dei fatti più recenti della nostra storia italiana.

 

L’evento ha esordito nel giugno 2006 nel teatro romano di Patrasso ed è stato ospitato a Firenze già nel 2006, accogliendo nei tredici giorni di programmazione più di cinquemila persone ogni sera. Il teatro sotto le stelle, allestito in Piazza Santa Croce ha accolto, lo scorso anno oltre 70 mila persone che vanno ad aggiungersi al milione di spettatori che hanno condiviso momenti emozionanti nel corso di 99 spettacoli ospitati in 50 città diverse. Nel mondo, centomila appassionati lo hanno apprezzato a Londra, Parigi, Zurigo, Lugano, Bruxelles, Monaco, Ginevra, Colonia, Francoforte, Madrid, Atene, Patrasso, Basilea, New York, San Francisco, Montreal, Boston, Toronto, Quebec City e Chicago.
